The photos are not sideways on Etsy so it could be a problem with the website.&amp;nbsp; I'm so sorry.&amp;nbsp; The doll is 10" tall and the sleeves are empty for your index finger and thumb for puppeteering.&amp;nbsp; The cape, hat and leggings are made of a recycled angora/lambswool sweater which was felted in the washing machine.&amp;nbsp; The doll skin is light brown and her hair is dark brown mohair boucle which makes for soft curls.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;I can't figure out how to turn the other photo around so you can see it better (sorry).&amp;nbsp; Still kinda new at this.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, this 10" tall doll was made in the traditional Waldorf fashion only the body is made from indigo dyed bamboo velour (organic).&amp;nbsp; The fabric is so soft and snuggly, it is almost like silk velvet.&amp;nbsp; The wig is crocheted and brushed up to look more baby-like.&amp;nbsp; The rainbow silk in the background was also dyed with natural ingredients.&amp;nbsp; I had wanted to make a sunflower doll for her anyway so thought this would be good timing.&amp;nbsp; The doll, by herself, stands 6" tall and is made from 100% wool felt.&amp;nbsp; She is stuffed with wool and her hands are cloth-covered wooden beads on a pipe cleaner, making the arms poseable.&amp;nbsp; The sweaters are washed in hot water in the washing machine causing the fibers to catch onto each other (felting).&amp;nbsp; The sweaters are then dryed in the dryer.&amp;nbsp; I cut off all parts of the sweater which will not be used and then the fabric is ready (no fraying).&amp;nbsp; I also use this method with my dollmaking.&amp;nbsp; The bunnies are stuffed with wool and lavender.&amp;nbsp; Just at the top of the photo you can see "baby carrots" which are made of wool felt.&amp;nbsp; It was made from a recycled wool felted sweater.&amp;nbsp; I go to thrift stores and buy wool/angora blend sweaters, sometimes cashmere, and put them into the washing machine.&amp;nbsp; The agitation felts the wool.&amp;nbsp; Then the sweaters go into the dryer and when they are dry I cut off all the unusable parts and use the fabric for my dolls.&amp;nbsp; The head is made in the traditional waldorf style&amp;nbsp;and the muff is extended to about four inches (just below the waistline).&amp;nbsp; I so admire other bloggers and have wanted to try my hand at it....so here we go.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dollmaking has become my passion--I only wish I had more time for it than I have now.&amp;nbsp; I became interested in Waldorf dollmaking when my daughter was in a Waldorf kindergarten (she's now in college).&amp;nbsp; It has changed my life.&amp;nbsp; When I retire from my regular job I will make dolls full-time and will teach dollmaking.&amp;nbsp; I will try to post as often as possible, showing you my dolls and sharing a bit about each of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The doll you see above&amp;nbsp;stands 6" tall (exluding flower she's holding).
